Raise a glass to this momentous occasion with our exquisite vintage royal sparkling wine. This classic blend features Chardonnay as the structural component, Pinot Noir for body and depth, and Pinot Meunier for floral and fruity notes.

Light golden in color with a fine, delicate mousse, this wine offers bright citrus and orchard fruit aromas, including lemon, orange peel, and green apple. The palate is dominated by ripe apple and pear, complemented by hints of white peach and apricot, along with subtle notes of toasted brioche and delicate sweet spice. The wine is elegant and round, with a lively freshness and a lingering mineral finish.

Perfect for celebrations, this English Sparkling Wine pairs beautifully with fish, lighter meat dishes, and cheese. Enjoy it with halibut and cockles in a butter samphire sauce, or with a baked vacherin cheese infused with garlic, rosemary, and served with crusty bread.
