Competition Terms and Conditions
- To enter, reply to Buckingham Palace Shop and the Royal Collection Trust to ‘Win a signed copy of our new book, "The Palace of Holyroodhouse: A House of Many Memories” Instagram post and complete the entry requirements listed in the social media post (Follow Follow @royalcollectiontrust and @buckinghampalaceshop, comment on the post and tag a friend).
- Employees of Royal Collection Trust or the Royal Household and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are offensive or not submitted by a human.
- There will be one prize, a signed copy of “The Palace of Holyroodhouse: A House of Many Memories” by the author, Deborah Clarke.
- The prize is as described, and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative is available.
- One (1) winner, receiving one (1) book, will be picked at random from all valid entries before 23:59 (GMT) on 11 December 2024.
- The winners will be tagged in a @BuckinghamPalaceShop post on Instagram and asked to contact us via direct message to arrange the details of their prize.
- If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 48 hours sending of notification, Buckingham Palace Shop reserves the right to reallocate the prize by drawing a replacement winner from the remaining entries for the respective Prize Draw Post.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old.
- The winner's name may also be published on Buckingham Palace Shop’s social media profiles, subject to the winner objecting to such publication to safeguard their right to privacy.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
